Tiger-Crane Self Defense #1

• Right to Right wrist grab from behind.

• Grab and Step forward Left bow stance turn into right cat

• Attach Eyes with Left Tiger claw

• Jump to Kneeling Shoot Left hand chest

• Sweep them backward with left leg

• Turn around to right horse finish them off

Tiger-Crane Self Defense #2

• Start in Left Cat they attack with Right Punch

• Inside block, attack eyes, throat, kick groin, sweep

• Hold on to them and them finish them off

Tiger-Crane Self Defense #3

• Start in Left Cat They attack right punch

• Cross Block and grab them with the right tiger claw

• Jump to kneeling swipe/strike face with left, hit groin them across chest for sweep

• Switch stance them sweep, jump turn to horse, attack face, cross step away

• They Attack right then left

• You in left cat, block outside tiger block left and then right outside tiger block

• Jump to right kneeling stance hit groin with right - face with left

• Switch stance and sweep, jump turn to horse finish off face

• Then cross stance retreat to left cat

• Left Cat they throw right punch, block up with left and attack throat with right

• Sweep outer leg with right sit back and choke them with left foot under head and right foot over head

•  Left cat right punch, block up with left turn and attack throat from around with right

•  Sweep with right, finish him off

•  From Left Cat with Crane Hooks They punch right

•  Block up with right then around and in with left sweeping arm out of the way and hitting groin with the right crane head

•  Circle right under up and around clockwise to lock up with both arms rotating them and take them face first into the floor.

•  Left cat they throw right punch

•  Block up with left and then shoot your right hand under and up behind their right arm to grab your left wrist

•  Seep them with your right left while maintaining the lock

•  Put left knee in there face until they tap out

•  Left Cat they punch right

•  Block up and across with right shooting left tiger claw heel at there face

•  Cross behind and then into a horse as you pull with right and set them on your left knee

•  Note you can wrap with left arm a little

•  Left Cat they punch right

•  Block up with left and then grab their right ankle with your right hand and lift so that they fall back

•  Follow up with right axe kick to sternum straddle them in a horse and choke.

• Note: You should push them with the left hand when you pull on there ankle

• Left Cat they throw right punch

• Block up with left and grab and hold rising elbow with the right

• Then descending elbow to sternum, horizontal elbow to solar plexus as you step through with the right under their arm

• Turn Left Elbow rips with left, continue turn and elbow same rips horizontally with right, descending Left elbow to upper back and descending right elbow to upper back

• Wrap arms around neck and fall backward then hook legs around their body and finish them off

• Left Cat they throw right punch

• Switch to a right front sweep to their forward leg block outside with right

• Switch to Left sweeping motion, left across chest and right knee to break them down, note that you and they end up kneeling at this point

• Then twist their head to make them fall the rest of the way and then twist it back to break their neck then remove groin

• Note: Pop up to horse to do the initial head twist

• Left cat they throw right punch, left hand guides from outside makes counter clockwise rotation to end at there shoulder, right lags slightly behind to hug and strap the arm so that left is pushing down at shoulder and right is pulling up.

• Push face into floor

• Left Cat they throw a right punch

• Right Outside Tiger block and grab, hold while you do a left outside tiger block to bend their elbow, pull down a little

• Crane sweep right and then left making them fall backward, keep control of arm

• Step in and put knee in their face as you pull up for a better lock of their elbow against your knee.

• Left Cat they attack with right punch

• Block up with left, strike throat with right then grab back of neck

• Pull them forward and knee with right then flip foot up to kick them in the face

twice with the right then jump like in southern legs and hit them with the left foot.

• Note: on all three kicks you hold the neck down with right and control wrist with

left.

1. Left cat, they punch right.

2. Block up with left shoot right hand behind there neck, crank clockwise to flip them forward then strike throat and then groin

• Left cat — they throw right punch

• Both Tiger claws lead to the right, right then left

• Right cross stomps their right knee

• switch stance sweep left across chest left foot sweeps them

• hold on to arm right foot over left foot under leaning back while cranking up

• Standing choke from behind

• Turn to the right strike groin with right crane beak as you step backward with right to right cross stance

• Turn to left cat peck eyes with left grab head and chin and twist to the right then poke in their eyes

• Note: right head, left chin

•  Standing choke from behind

•  Turn and wrap both arms with right

•  palm heel to chin push as you knee with the right three times

•  Jump backward letting go as you kick with the left

•  Step to the left into horse strike with right palm then circle to trap arms

•  hook back of head with left pull down to left knee

•  retract left and elbow to face

•  pull on back of arm while rotating left to flip them

•  cranes beak eyes while in horse with right beak and groin

•  Two Hand Front Grab

•  Drop to Horse double rake down body starting at face

•  Jump to right front kick which makes them bend forward a bit

•  pound ears with palm of tiger claws

•  Turn right and chop down with right on back of neck with a gripping tiger claw

•  Double Front Grab

•  Crane kick with right slap ears and twist there head to right till they fall peck their eyes with right beak, dramatize lift right up hit and up again

•  Double Grab from front

•  Circle up out and close in crossing arms and then pull down trapping them

•  Step back left kick to sternum of bent over person.

• Circle up and strike down with crane wings step forward in right bow double palm strike.

  1. Front Grab — crane kick grab fall back put foot in their stomach
  2. They flip over you
  3. You continue with them and sit on them choke with both hands, rake like iron elbows, grab pecs at arm pits and tear out, be theatrical!

• One hand grab with right

• Comes under at wrist while left comes under at elbow simultaneously and sudden

• Reverse follow turn trap and crank till they tap

• Both hands can move to wrist for the final part

• From right grab

• Outside Block left, choke throat right

• Small tiger rake with right making there head turn to their right

• Grab their head and twist them so they turn clockwise as you turn clockwise so that their back is to you and you drop a little to break their neck on your right shoulder, right hand takes there chin

• One hand grab with right

• Left crane wing at wrist left wing flap pulling in at shoulder

• Then Left back hand to face

• Switch it up and sweep with right leg, left holds on at wrist, right chokes right leg sweeps

• Finish off
